What we collect
Your email address (so you can sign in). The lists, items, and photos you add. If you claim a gift on someone's shared list, the name you enter. That's it.
What we don't collect
No location. No contacts. No analytics. No third-party tracking pixels. We don't run advertising and we don't profile you.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send you sign-in codes. The lists, items, and photos you add are stored only so you can see them when you sign in and so the people you share a list with can see that list. A name entered with a claim is shown only to the owner of that list.
Who else sees it
Convex, our backend host, stores your data. Resend, our email-sending service, sees only your email address and the sign-in code we send to it. Anyone you share a public list link with can see the items in that list. Nobody else.
Children
Wantzy is for adults to manage wishlists, including for their kids. We don't collect data directly from children. We store only what an adult voluntarily adds about a kid, like a name and items they want.
Account deletion
Email support@wantzy.io to delete your account. We'll wipe your data within 30 days.
